Living Will
The Living Will includes a person’s wishes about medical procedures, among which you can find the donation of organs so that they are respected by the medical team when the person giving the document can not express their will. This document can answer any adult person who is not legally incapacitated.
The Living Will can be prepared by a declaration before a notary public official responsible to the Registrar of Wills or by a declaration in front of three witnesses (adults, able to act and no family or property linked to the granter) signed by the four.
This document may include the following statements:
- Value of personal values ??of the signatory, which once can help interpret the document and provide guidance to the medical team in making clinical decisions necessary.
