Family roots: requirements and procedure for obtaining residency for family roots
May be granted a residence permit for reasons of job attachment, social or family when they meet the following requirements:
For family roots:
- Where the parent of a child of Spanish nationality, provided the applicant has a parent by the child and live with it or is aware of the obligations from the same parents and children.
- Where the father or mother who had been originally Spanish.
